While"health first"the idea and the lifelong physical culture thought strikes root in the hearts of the people, the people have generally realized the vital role of physical training. It not merely is the healthy body, moreover may achieve the ideal healthy in mind and body benefit. Especially the benefit relations between universities student's bodily activity and the psychologically healthy already became the hot topic of the universities sports psychology domain. But massively studies all aims at the normal university student. The research on benefit relational between university student's bodily activity and the psychologically healthy of the health care class is very few.This research takes 2005 classes, 2004 classes and 2003 classes 62 total university students of Huaibei Coal Normal College as experimental object.And divides them into three groups: The physical training and jogging and combination sport group (21 people),Taijiquan Exercises group (23 people) and comparison group (18 people). Carry out movement intervention With Taijiquan exercises and Aerobic Exercises; keep on 12 weeks, every week 3 times (athletics lesson once, morning exercise two). Carry on an examination on related index of the health and the mood state with SRHMS and POMS. Process and analyze the obtained data with SPSS11.5.Research's result is as follows:1. The health care students all have obvious improvement and exaltation in the Overall state of health after attending Taijiquan exercises and The physical training and jogging and combination sport group, especially in the Physiological health and psychologically healthy.2. Taijiquan exercises and The physical training and jogging and combination sport group can improve and enhance the mood state of the health care students effectively.3. Taijiquan exercises and The physical training and jogging and combination sport group have not distinguished influence on the healthy body and mood state of the health care students.This research provides the essential basis and the reference to promote the disabled student's healthy in mind and body and the lifelong physical culture development through the sports healthy teaching.
