Establishing Harmonious Personal Relationship In The Campus

Building a socialism harmonious society is a new task put forward at the Fourth Plenary Session of the 16^th CPC Central committee. It is an important view put forward by our party based on the further understanding of the laws of ruling. It is a great reformation of our party's ruling ideas. And also it is a major task of building a well-off society in all-round way and initiating the new prospect of building socialism with Chinese characteristics. The key to build a socialism harmonious society is persons and lies in persons. It is necessary to carry out the "people first" approach. Our society is a society made up of people. Harmonious personal relationships are the important part and centralized reflecting of it. Therefore, Personal relationships should be the main focus and standing point in building a socialism harmonious society.State-owned second-leveled colleges run by the local people are run under a new system of schooling. It is an essential part of higher education. It is necessary to establish harmonious personal relationships in the campus guided by the scientific outlook of development in order to build a socialism harmony culture and harmonious society. Trying to use the basic theory of Marxist politics , guided by the latest theory of Marxism developed in China and the general requires on harmonious society put forward by the government, written by studying the literature materials , this article expounds on the importance and urgency of establishing harmonious personal relationships in the campus. By analyzing the present personal relationships in state-owned second-leveled colleges run by the people, it puts forward that fairness and justice are the aim of establishing harmonious personal relationships in the campus and that sincerity and amity are the basic guiding principle. Meanwhile we should strengthen the building of harmony culture and that of the leading teams. We should try to improve the moral integrity of the staff and pay attention to the network effect on personal relationships. We should also aid disadvantaged groups to set up correct outlook on life and value so as to help them establish harmonious personal relationships.
