Analysis Of The Investigation On College P.E. Teachers' Occupation Lassitude In Hebei Province

Teachers are the most possible people to get occupation lassitude. Teachers'occupation lassitude has become a hot subject in current educational and psychological fields.This article probes into the survey among the 240 PE teachers of ordinary colleges and universities in Hebei province, the questionnaire of which includes the states of tiredness in teachers and the contributing factors. The survey in states of tiredness contains emotional exhaustion,depersonalization,reduced personal accomplishment, and that in contributing factors consists of the roots of society and organizations as well as individuals. The feedback is conducted by data analysis.The results of this research prove:1. P.E. college teachers of Hebei province basic situation is: Age structure trend youth oriented; The school record level is somewhat low; Professor the proportion somewhat low also the age is big.2.Though the degree of college P.E. teachers'occupation lassitude is not so serious, considerable proportions of teachers have begun to have the obvious lassitude tendency. Especially in the comparison and contrast between the male and female teachers, it shows that the degree to which females remain in tired spirits is fairly high and that the sense of success in males is rather low; teachers with 6-15 years'teaching experience are more likely to decrease their enthusiasm and feel the least achievement; teachers with bachelor degrees are more likely to decrease their enthusiasm and feel the least achievements; lecturers are more likely to decrease their enthusiasm; assistants have the lowest achieving feelings; teachers with the average income 1000-2000 yuan are more likely to decrease their enthusiasm and feel the least achievements; teachers of civic college is the easiest to feel occupation lassitude. 3.The causes of college P.E. teachers'occupation lassitude mainly focus on"low economic treatment, low social position of P.E. teachers, attaching less importance of leaders, being hard to realize ego value, worse working environment, and lacking necessary social supports. Besides students'problems and lacking professional freedom etc. are also the intensely reacted problems.This article gives some suggestions about relieving teachers'occupation lassitude from the social, organizational and individual positions. The following are these suggestions:1.Increase the propaganda for P.E. teachers, appeal the whole society's respect for P.E. teachers'working values, envisage P.E. teachers'labor results.2.The supervisors of school should carry out the democratized and humanized management, set up a set of system of clear rewards and punishments.3.Strengthen the recognition for teaching occupation, and insist the correct faith and occupational ideal, besides teachers should keep studying hard, improve their qualities and learn the skills of decompression.
