The Study Of Introducing Foreign Players' Influence On CBA League

As the development of professional basketball, the intercommunication among powerful nations of basketball becomes more and more frequent, not only in basketball's skill and tactics,but also in transfering players. Introducing foreign players can improve the performance of CBA league and intergrate the playing styles of different teams. This plays an active role in enhancing the level of world basketball. The final purpose of introducing foreign players in CBA League is to make our basketball career progressed and develop in the health way, this is significant and meaningful.Thereefore the study of introducing foreign players' influence on CBA League is indispensable.Documentation, interviews, questionnaire and statistical analysis were used in the paper, by analyzing the introduction of foreign players and their performance, the author tries study the influence of foreign players on domestic players, coaches, clubs and the audience of CBA League.The results show:1. The reform of introducing foreign players made the introducing procedure more reasonable than ever and solved many problems (eg: disordered introducing procedures, big disparity of foreign players'level, the severe waste of capital and so on ), which had existed in the league before.2. Introducing foreign players made the coaches pay much attention to the coaching methods, perfect the training plan and strengthen the control of players, is helpful for the enforcement of playing tactics; introducing foreign players strengthens the competitive awareness of domestic players, drives the training enthusiasm and enhances the skills and tactic level of domestic players.3. Introduing foreign players in one team enhances the team's whole strength in general. To some extend it affects the result of one contest and it also plays an important role in the team's achievements, the club's rank and the level of CBA League as well.4. Few clubs have short-term behaviors in introducing foreign players,which brings economic burden on the clubs in some degree; some coaches tend to use foreign players and this affects the growth of young domstic playes.5. Introducing foreign players has made the league more fierce and suspensive than ever ,which helps satisfy the audience's appreciation and spiritual needs. This also promotes the audiences' interests and enthusiasm in particpating exercises.
