Research On The Psychological Health Level Of Undergraduate In Huazhong Agricultural University

In the modem significance, health is not only the physical health, but also psychological health. Students' psychological condition affects themselves, their families and the universities or colleges, more importantly relates to success of modernization construction for our country.The reform and open policy and the socialistic market economy system is gradually established, the social competition is becoming fierce day by day, environment stimulation is variegated, the value idea is diversified, the interpersonal relationship is becoming complicated, the rhythm of life rapidly speeds up, the disparity of poverty and wealthy remarkably enlarges All these aggravated student's psychological load on different level, and caused psychological puzzle in the different degree. As a special group who has most active thought, the keenest feeling, high expectation, the poor bearing capacity of setback, their psychological health is go through the enormous threat and challenge. This article has carried on the theoretical analysis and the real diagnosis research for students' psychological health condition in Huazhong agricultural university, in this foundation, and proposed the countermeasures on psychological health education for them in order to enhance the cultivating quality.There are five chapters in this paper. The first one is the introduction, including the reason we do this research, the present research situation, the main content of researchand the way we use. In the chapter two, it talks about the theory on students' mental health level. Estimation for students' mental health level in Huazhong agricultural university is based on human being's full development theory, Maslow's self-realization theory, Erikson's theory of psychology and social development, and students' educational aim on psychological health. It explains estimation reference and criteria on students' psychological health level, and describes the key point of mental health education. The third chapter is the real diagnosis research for students' psychological health level in Huazhong agricultural university. Through statistics analysis of the questionnaire, it studies students' mental health condition, and analyzes problem and reason. The fourth chapter is countermeasures of mental health education for students who will get bachelor's degrees in Huazhong agricultural university. In order to enhance students' mental health level, we should stick to combination between the whole and the variability; persist in combination between the variety and the flexibility; pay attention to the bulk and the cooperativity; stick to combination between the creativity and the practicality; insist on combination between the subjects education and the psychology education; insist on combination between the political education and mental education; persist in combination between mental environment and material environment. The fifth chapter is conclusion, giving the main and creative points and the endeavor aspect of this paper.
