On The Moral Strategies And Practice For The Pupils Of High Intelligence

This paper presents a programme on the moral strategies and practice for the pupils of high intelligence,which is conducted for one whole year in No.4 middle school of North Heavy Industry,Baotou.The main purpose for this paper include the following four:1. to direct the teachers and the pupils'parents to pay special attention to the problems on the moral education for the pupils of high intelligence and make them own a scientific view of education;2. to develop these pupils'realization of moral self-education and raise their capability of moral self-instruction.3. to improve these pupils'structures of moral qualities, make them own not only good moral but also high intelligence and promote them to grow up at the same speed in both moral and intelligence.4. to find out the ways for the efficient moral education of these pupils and develop the experienced teachers of high quality to carry out the quality education efficiently in middle school.Techniques which are employed for data collection include: literature method,questionnaire and interview.Findings obtained from various data show that:1.The activity helps teachers', pupils and parents to raise the realization for the moral education of the pupils of high intelligence.2.The activity efficiently improves the capabilities of the pupils'self-evaluating, self-education and self-improvement and promote them to think about their lives and futures, further to set their wishes and struggle for them.3.The activity makes the pupils own a correct view of life,society and value while they realize and change themselves again and again, and develops their love of people and culture and the pursuit for democracy and moral.4.The activity not only promotes the spirits'growth of the pupils but also efficiently develops their concepts of co-operation,competition and thanks, strengthens their qualities, self-belief to overcome difficulties, and senses of duty for society and raises their abilities to deal with others. All this will lay social foundations for their future development.5.We have gathered a lot of experience for the work of moral education through activities .and this will lay solid foundations for own future work.But there are some problems in the whole activity.
