| Through using the methods of questionnaire and experts talk, this paper explored the mass football players and administrators of WenZhou Football Association. It analyzed the general conditions, match situations, match motives, effect factors of the mass football players and the organized situations of WenZhou Football Association with the relative theories of mass sports, sports sociology, sports economic and sports management etc. It found some problems based on the above analysis, and put forward some practicable measures to developing the mass football match in Wenzhou. The conclusions as bellows:1) WenZhou Football Association has adjusted the situation of the mass football match for better after its reform timely. But such problems as the lack number of mass football match, the random of mass football match and the lack of effective management measures were still existed.2) The main effect factors of WenZhou mass football match management were the lack of administrators, the short of fund and varieties of violations in the course of the match.3) The situation of referees was the lower level, the shorter number, especially the female very lack. But the age was rather reasonable, the basic situation was good.4) The majority of the players were young, high educational and middle of high professional post. Their professions were more employment of private enterprise, science, education, healthy, public servant and private labors than others.5) Free collaboration was the main match forms. There was a distance between the present situation and the expectation in the number and form of the match. The players'capacity of fund still has a wider space.6) The main effect factors of attending mass football match were the strength of management system, the surroundings of the match and the lack of administrators leading the match. The players expected WenZhou Football Association can play a significant role in the management of mass football match. |
