Present Situation And Development Countermeasure Of Chengde City Mass Football Sports Research

Football is the world's largest sports,and no other sports can compare with it on influence.Its competitiveness,entertaining,antagonism and fierceness make the people of the world feel crazy.In China,football is one of the most popular sports in the public.But the current development of our country's competitive football is not very desirable,and there is a great gap in comparing with the strong teams in the world.The mass sports is the foundation of competitive sports.In 1995,the State Council put forward the “National Fitness Program” to strengthen the public fitness activities and improve the mass sports,thus to lay a solid foundation for competitive sports.After 20 years of development,mass sports has achieved fruitful achievements,and the public participation is rising steadily.Under the background of national fitness craze,in 2016 the State Council puts forward a new “National Fitness Plan(2016-2020)”,and provides a good policy support for the national fitness.Chengde city responses the national policy of the national fitness,and develops the mass sport with efforts.The football in Chengde city has made great improvement.Especially in recent years,mass football is on heat,and attracts a lot of football fans to actively participate in.In this paper,the authors carried out a survey on the present situation of Chengde city's mass football sports system,the following are conclusions of the study:(1)The trend of the mass football in Chengde city to is good,the scale of football matches increases year by year,the people's participation increases year by year.(2)The participation to football is mainly from people's voluntary organization,the matches held by city's administrative departments are rare,and can't meet the demand.Pitches are not enough,and this gives a constraint to the development of football as a sport.(3)The participants have generally an exercise for a long time in each time,but the exercise frequency is low.Participants acquire their football skills mainly through the school sports education,professional guidance is insufficient.(4)All the football players are male;their age ranges from young to middle-age.Most of them have higher education,and their professions are mostly mental works with higher income.The participants have relatively strong desire to soccer exercise.The football teams mainly come from free combination,fund-raising is mainly AA system.(5)The characteristics of the sport,participants' family restriction,insufficient school physical education and media publicity,lack of funding and pitches are major factors restricting the development of the mass football in Chengde city.According to the results of the survey,the author puts forward the following suggestions:(1)Chengde city sports bureau should take the National Fitness Plan(2016-2020)as a guide,and put forward the national fitness program suitable for this region.It should also increase the investment of funds,and construct new football pitches so as to attract good football teams and find talent players.Another job is to improve the level of football guidance and to improve the organizations of football matches and events' participation.(2)The physical education curriculum should be reformed in primary and secondary schools to improve the campus football development environment and the opening,and make more students learn to play during the primary and secondary schools time to lay a solid foundation for the future.(3)Chengde city's propaganda departments should propagate more football sports' value and function,it should make more people know Chengde city's public football competition and campus football to improve people's interests and inspire people's participation.(4)The government should cooperate with schools to open more existing pitches to improve the utility of the city football playgrounds.At the same time,the users should also cherish the opportunity,and observe the schools' rules,and maintain normal order of schools.(5)The mass football teams should be under better organization and management,to make the team members have a good sense of belonging and identity.They should expand financing channels to raise funds in many ways to get more sufficient financial support for the team and ensure the smooth progress in exercises and matches.
