Along with the higher education scale unceasing expansion, the university graduates quantity sharp increases, the university graduates' employment pressure has achieved the unprecedented degree. Facing with the stern employment situation, in addition, the universities'employment strategy guidance of"Emplyment first and then Job-selecting", the partial universities graduates hastily get employed, subsequently frequently turnover in the occupation adaptation period, whose working stability is very bad, and for own, the schools and the enterprises has all brought the negative influence with different extent.Based on a great deal of literature and datum, this research defines previous 3 working years as the occupation adaptation period of graduate employees, analyzes the job-selecting standards, job-satisfaction, disparity between job-satisfaction and job-selecting standards, as well as the turnover influence factor, to inquire about the reason , and ponder the corresponding stable strategy with multi-angles.The conclusions drawn through the investigation were as follows:The phenomenon of turnover in the occupation adaptation period was remarkable; the working stability of the graduate employees was bad; types of graduate employees ' work stable condition presented the different characteristic.The overall job-satisfaction and job-selecting standards as well as some specific items of different graduate employees varied significantly.The disparity between job-satisfaction and job-selecting standards was remarkable, especially on development factor and health care factor such as income.Types of the graduate employees had the overall characteristic on turnover influence factor, and there was something different in the specific itemsThe graduate employees who were be in the occupation adaptation period generally regards individual stratification plane strategy as the most one to maintain the working stability, enterprise secondly, school stratification plane finally.Based on the countermeasure evaluation of graduate employees,this research has carried on the discussion from the multi- angles to the measure, mainly includes:The graduate employees should unceasingly improve own synthesis quality, enhance occupation competitive ability; strengthen occupational plan consciousness, locate professional goal accurately; straight work manners, treat occupation development rationally.The enterprises should recruit scientifically, enhance the recruitment effect; strengthen the management, build the good development platform for the graduate employees; act appropriately to the situation, help the graduate employees to overcome the unsuitable phenomenon in the initial work time.The universities should transform occupation guidance policy, help the graduate employees to set up employment concept correctly; attach importance to the career's long-term, systematic and continuity of graduate employees; strengthen the career guidance specialization, improve the quality of career guidance.
