By analyzing the utilization of communication theory in the business management and social life, and combining this theory with the administration of secondary education, this thesis studies the obstructions of communication between teacher and student and proposes some corresponding communication strategies which can surmount the obstructions. Around the proposition, teaching is communicating, this thesis expounds the concept, classifications, essential factors of the education, communication, and the specific property of it.. In view of the above-mentioned realization, the thesis analysis the three obstructions of communication between teacher and student in the administration of secondary education: The first is caused by the teacher and students'special status and relations; The second is caused by the difference of teacher and students'cognition ability; The third is caused by the teacher and student do not have the same mood and emotion at the same time; The thesis pointes out three corresponding strategies according to the reasons which caused the obstructions:the first if the"respect and equality"strategy which emphasizes the same personality of teacher and student, respecting and loving each other ,democracy and equality, harmonious relationship and teaching benefits teacher and student alike; the second is the knowledge structure of subject goes with the cognition structure strategy. Before teaching the basic knowledge and skills, the teacher mast know well the structure characteristics of the subject and code the teaching contents in order to agree with the student's cognition structure . The third is the communication strategy in view of the station of the students mood, motion. This strategy demands the teachers to listen and watch the students and understand them and must be loving, careful, patient. The thesis makes a beneficial exploration to the question of the communication between teacher and student in the secondary education, wants to introduce communication theory to the administration of the secondary education, to instruct secondary education practice, to develop the usage scope of communication theory, and to enrich the theory content of secondary education at the same time.
