The step of education alteration is getting more and more fast around the world, as theglobal knowledge economy coming. The wide application of multimedia computer andcommunication technology makes cooperative learning is becoming a highly important studymethod , which is significant for the advance of student's information quality andcultivating the genius with innovative ,cooperative intercommunication and self-esteem andthe capacity of striving something by oneself. The students participate in and experience theprocess of attaining the technology and craftsmanship during the cooperative networklearning, which lends itself to the structure of the new information technology cognition andalso efficiently grasp the means of solving problem and exploration. Thus, the problem of thecooperative information technology classroom learning theory and practice deserves probinginto.On the basis of expounding of the cooperative learning's development and status inquo ,the article sets forth the followed principle, applied basic pattern and approach during thecooperative information technology classroom learning by the active research method ; also,it puts forward teaching design of the cooperative information technology class networklearning in high school and constructs idiographic teaching process, which is as follows: 1)analyze the object of study 2) know the content of study 3) establish the community of study4) devise the role of teacher 5) design the issue condition 6)design the earning resource 7)design the study process 8) design the interactive strategy 9) design the evaluation of thoughtin retrospect . The article proves the maneuverability of the teaching process and the validityof the cooperative network teaching by putting up experiment research study on contrast, theinvestigation questionnaire and the data analysis.
