Subjective well-being is an important research topics in our country, it can be influenced by many factors. This essay systematically studies the effects of demographic level and social support on subjective well-being . Thus it can enrich the theories about subjective well-being. On the other hand, it also supplies some use for reference and inspiration for psychology consultation of college students and education of mental health.The results are demonstrated as following:1 .The scores of girls on whole SWB are higher than boys.2. The scores of liberal arts college students' on whole SWB are higher than college students' of science.3. The scores of uniparental college students on whole SWB are higher than the scores of normal college students.4.The scores of cadres on whole SWB are higher than normal .5. The scores of low-income college students on whole SWB are higher than regular income college students. .6.The scores of freshmen on whole SWB are higher than sophomore. .7. Different aspects of social support have influence on different components of SWB .Different components of social support explain different variance to SWB.
