Analysis Of The Social Capital Theory's Application Value And Its Limitation

Social capital theory came into being on condition that the material capital theory andthe human capital theory have been put forward and maturated. It is effective supplement andthe theory promotion for those, at the same time,it has profited from the network analysismethod to research in the person or organization's socialbehavior in the daily life. It researchin the activity that the actor how to manoeuvre the structural resources on the purpose andoriginate or keep it continually. It attenuated the longstanding dual opposition of structureand motion in the sociological history. It links up the collective principle and the individualprinciple from the relational angle of view.It abandons the main body principle anddis-structure entity principle. it sparkplugs to explain the bidirectional interaction betweenbehavior and structure by relations principle in order to close macroscopic and themicroscopic theory′opposition. Social capital theory caused not only the economic and thesociology had found the dialogue platform, but also the other theories had found the commonexplanation model for introjecting each other. In concrete social life practice, social capitaltheory is acting as the social mobility bridge, the effective method of society controls, theresources disposition way which distinguishes to the government and the market. It haspivotal function in the Chinese people economy developing process.The social capital as one kind of exogenous theory, when it applies to the Chinesesociety, meet the native compatible question unavoidably. Such as social relationcapitalization, tradition social capital and modern social capital rupture, modern social capitalinsufficiency, fundamental research lag and so on. Facing many questions, we need toreconsider the social capitalˊexistence premise whether has the rational feasibility? whetherwe have enlarged the Social capitalˊvalue ?and reconsider how to rebuild modern Socialcapital in Chinese society reforming process. This is our urgent matter now in the research oftheory and practice and it is also pivot in my article.
