The Ration Consideration To Strengthen Political And Idology Work In Students' Community Of Universities

As higher education organization reform going deeply, along with university rear service socialization and the implementation of credit system , the traditional role of class, which was to organize sdudents` activity and give them political ideological education, gradually degenerated. Meanwhile, the students community which is basically formed by students` dormitories is becoming the principal place for students` study, life and exchange. And its functions for cultivate qualified citizen, public service, organizing student` activity and students education are more and more notable. Facing the new situation, we must construct the students community into a multi-functional front which is served for students` political and ideological education, behavior instruction, life service and cultural activity. But, how to construct and administer the community? Especially, how to strengthening students political and ideological education via students community? They are brand-new subjects for us to study.In the first part of the article, I elaborate the basic definition of students community in university and the significance of strengthening students political and ideological education via the students community. I also point out that strengthening students political and ideological education via students community is not only the inevitable request for higher education organization reform, but also the certain choice to raise the efficiency of students education and to train the talented students. It is beneficial to the healthy development of students community. In the second part of the article, I have comprehensively analyzed the situation we are facing when we strengthening political and ideological education via students community, and also the opportunity and challenge that has brought to us. In the third part which is also the most important part of the article, I state from three different aspects: How to set up suitable new ideas to develop students community? How to create highly efficient political and ideological education mechanism in students community? And how to develop scientific and efficient method for students` political and ideological education in students community?...
