The research on the image design and the value of the middle school P.C.teachers in the new time examines middle school teachers'images in the new times with the new curriculum idea, to implements the new class changes with the advancement elementary education, to adapt humanist, to pay attention to the students to have the comprehensive and individual development, to consummate the mechanism of self-restraint, to remould their public images and have the vital significance to carries out comprehensively The Central Committee of the CCP State Council To Reform Comprehensive Advancement Education for All-around Development about Deepened Education Decision .The middle school P.C.teachers' images are the impressions of the besides and intrinsic images to the public and the synthesis manifests of the view and understanding. The demand of the social public to the middle school P.C. teachers' images is not irrevocable, but with the significant change of the school sports in the school edition duty, the function and the different status the teachers have to improve themselves. The middle school teachers' images are consisted by the knowledge image (knowledge wisdom, teaching art, language, demonstration, teaching condition, innovation, ability image and so on); Body and spirit image (measuring appliance image, body and spirit condition and so on); The teacher's ethics image (personality, teacher's ethics, example and so on), the external image demonstrated gives the society public. Teacher's ethics images are the basis of the middle school instructors' value development. The three complements are the backing one another mutually and indispensable, which are the best theory conceptions for the middle school instructors in the new times to remould the images and value developmentIt is important to promot the middle school instructors' synthesizes quality and realize their value and the social middle-school students and the middle school instructors appraisal their value development theory conceptions, but that depends on the proposal-like and self-restraint is often pale and weak. Most importantly the policy-making institution can accept the proposals, formulate legal laws and regulations for the middle school instructors vivid standard, to contain harms their images, the behavior ability to have the binding force.
