The Strategy Research On Sustainable Development Of Vocational Education In Jiangxi

Jiangxi Higher Vocational Education, which is a new growth point of Jiangxi Higher Education and a new stimulant for Jiangxi social development is a vital part of Jiangxi Higher Education.Since Jiangxi Higher Vocational Education stepped into the track of fast development, Jiangxi Higher Vocational Education has made great progress. Jiangxi Higher Vocational Education is at Golden Age, partly due to its large scale developed rapidly, resources rectified efficiently and initial formation of reputation performed by private-funded higher vocational education in Jiangxi. Meanwhile we should be aware of that Jiangxi Higher Vocational Education is also in a crucial period. Presently, quality,structure,quantity and beneficial result of Jiangxi Higher Vocational Education cannot develop harmoniously, the gap between criteria stipulated for establishing higher vocational colleges and those implemented in reality is considerably big, the phenomenon of running higher vocational education under heavy debt is increasingly conspicuous. Consequently, it's necessary to analyze the factors of non-sustainable development and offer the strategies of sustainable development.Therefore on the basis of theory of sustainable development and present situation of Jiangxi Higher Vocational Education, as well as experience of Higher Vocational Education at home and abroad, this article puts up forwards some strategies for sustainable development of Higher Vocational Education in Jiangxi. Aiming at the situations above-mentioned, this paper gives a detailed discussion from five aspects. Chapter One is an introduction, namely a basic preparation which states background and values of this research, illustrates status quo at home and abroad of relevant research, provides elementary logical thoughts, establishes overall content framework, introduces research methods, analyzes characteristics and insufficiency of this article. Chapter Two is a theory basis which defines the essential connotation sustainable and Higher Vocational Education, analyzes connotation,characters,principles and main standards of Higher Vocational Education. Chapter three is a reality basis, which through SWOT analysis, summarizes the Strength,Weakness,Opportunity and Threat of Jiangxi Higher Vocational Education beyond the prospective of Jiangxi .Chapter four is an experience inspiration which briefly generalizes the development experience of Higher Vocational Education in several developed countries and Chinese Eastern Region. Chapter five is about fundamental strategies for Jiangxi Higher Vocational Education on the basis of theory basis,practical basis and experience inspiration.
