It is a urgent demand for the development of the new course reform to explore and establish a regionable and operational school-based teaching and researching mechanism. This paper takes BeiPiao for example, and analyzes the situation of teaching and researching in BeiPiao countryside primary school, with the typical features of managing countryside primary school. The followings are the problems: the problems arising from the teachers; the problems arising from the speciality guidance; the problems arising from the endurance mechanism of the policy. All these require the policy and fund supports from the government, require the intelligence and techniques supports from speciality guidance department, and also require self-improvement of countryside primary school. This paper focuses on the last method. The headmaster should shoulder on the responsibity, improving the teachers'relaxation of the course,improving motivated endurance of school-based teaching and research,developing actively"Study-type Organization"and developing school-based training or School-centered regional co-operative training. Only in this way, we can promote effectively the development of the school-based teaching and research. |
