The Research On Benefit Evaluation System Of Modern Distance Education In Junior And Primary School Of Western Rural Area

With the development of economy and society, the level of the basic education in rural area of China has been promoted. But it is proved by the investigate data that the gap of basic education level between urban area and rural area is not reduced, but expanded. In order to promote the equality of basic education in rural area , advance the balanced development of the basic education in urban area and rural area , and realize the destination of constructing a harmonious society and new countryside, the whole society must pay attention to and support the development of the basic education in rural area . That is the background of the modern distance education in junior and primary school of western rural area. From 1990s, our nation has put into lots of human force, physical and financial resources, and carried out a series of projects of modern distance education in junior and primary school of rural area. Influenced by the cost-benefit concept and the science development concept, our nation, with the accompliment of the basic construction mission, started to pay more attention to the approach of maximizing the benefit of the project. So setting up benefit evaluation system and carrying out it become very important.This thesis aims at setting up a scientific and standard benefit evaluation system of modern distance education in junior and primary school of western ruralarea. The following is the contents of the thesis.The first part is the prolegomenon which is composed of the background of the research, the state of the research, the meaning of the research and the methods of the research. In a word, this part intends to point out the feasibility and practicability of the research.The second part sets forth the theoretical basis of setting up a benefit evaluation system of modern distance education in junior and primary school of rural area. Its main aim are setting forward the basic theme on modern distance education in junior and primary school of western rural area ,and extracting its theory perform of benefit evaluating indicators.The third part sets forth the practical basis of setting up the benefit evaluation system. On the basis of investigation and analysis of the benefit state of modern distance education in rural junior and primary school of western rural area, this part proves the practical basis about setting up evaluating indicator, indicator weight, evaluating standard and evaluating result.The fourth part is the main part of this thesis.
