Since the ancient times, the people has not stopped to pursuing "the health" the. From one-sided sole healthy view which is namely only pays great attention to bodily the health, does not have the disease, to modern comprehensive three dimensional healthy views which is namely the attention to the integrity of physiology, psychological condition and society amativeness. At present, our country's development is very fast that each kind of relations intriguing and each kind of thought steel collision. The pressure from society, studies, employment and emotion intensifying, makes the undergraduates in major of Physical Education which are growing in the open policy superior environment, gains experience of the world shallowly and the psychology bearing capacity weaker have more and more psychologically healthy question.As a special cultural community in university, the undergraduates in major of Physical Education are the most one which is full of the rational thought in youth. They shoulder the historical mission of disseminating healthy knowledge and the skill to the young people of next generation. They grasp the value idea in society by an abstract and rational way. Their values can be a good representation. In a sense, their value orientation will have the extremely significant influence to the entire society's mainstream culture. Therefore, it has the profound practical significance that we have the observation and the research to the values of the undergraduates in major of Physical Education, its the change rule and to analyze the contemporary youth's thought to guiding the youth to improve the entire national quality, the maintenance of the social stability and the impetus society progresses but diligently. At the same time, our country values education was contained in the moral education or in the moral character education since long ago. And it has not formed its independent concept, the theory and the methodology system. The direct consequence that formed is the values education exudes to the morals. The establishment of values education system in our education domain has the important theory and the practical significance in present in our country.This article stochastically extracted 450 two, three grades undergraduates in major of Physical Education and 450 two, three grades student in universities. Also stochastically extracted 450 non- sports specialized university students to take the research object in order to ' compares with the ordinary university student, simultaneously in investigation process. This article has utilized the documentary method, the questionnaire method and the mathematical statistic method, the talking method and the logical analytic method. This article is from the healthy value goal, one healthy value method two level of dimension and seven two level of dimensions, simultaneously separately from the sex, the specialty, the family inhabited area three constitutive factor of the undergraduates in major of Physical Education, discusses the healthy values characteristic and the implementation way of The undergraduates in major of Physical Education in Chongqing. It has provided the certain theory mentality and the reference for the raise of their healthy values. The result indicated the following six conclusions.1,The whole performance in healthy value of the undergraduates in major of Physical Education in Chongqing is positive upward, but this dimension mean value relative which is about healthy knowledge skill grasping is smaller, this point is a question which is worth us pondering.2,In the healthy values questionnaires, comparing the undergraduates in major of Physical Education in Chongqing with the non-sports specialized university student, The undergraduates in city with the undergraduates in the countryside in major of Physical Education, the male with the female undergraduates in major of Physical Education, we can make the result that they does not have remarkable difference (p> 0.05).3,Various dimensions to healthy values contribution degree: In one level of dimensions, the healthy value method function is prominent and in two levels of dimensions, the physiological aspect goal and the manner to the health thought is prominent.4,Each structure factor all plays through 4 ways to influence the healthy values. Among them, besides the sex and the specialized way have remarkable difference, other ways do not have remarkable difference. Different major has different degree of action to the healthy values.
