It is unimaginable that the curriculum and instruction reform lack of the support of teacher. New curriculum reform that carry out from 2001 put forward a great deal of new conceptions in both concrete content and practice, and include a good many innovations. It is also expecting that the teacher can provide practical support for new curriculum reform through their instruction activity. Then, in the process of the generalization of new curriculum, what is the actuality that the teacher attach themselves to the instruction innovation. What is the motivity that make them get involved in the instruction innovation and if there are also existing some problems. All these issues are worthy of considering. By various methods of document analysis and inquiry, this study tires to understand the actuality of the teacher in instruction innovation and it's motivity, analyze the origin and key issues that the teacher faced on the instruction innovation motivity, and then probe the efficient strategy on thereinforcement of instruction innovation motivity.This dissertation consists of five parts:Part one, Introduction. It elaborates the reasons, thoughts, methods and conception of this research.Part two, the actuality of instruction innovation of teachers in primary and secondary school. This part is based on the ways of questionnaire, analyze the actuality that teacher develop instruction innovation on instruction content,method and structure in the background of new curriculum.Part three, the analysis on interior motivity of instruction innovation of teachers in primary and secondary school. This part analyze the interior motivity of instruction innovation of teachers in primary and secondary school, stress the representation and origin of interior motivity.Part four, the analysis on exterior motivity of instruction innovation of teachers in primary and secondary school. This part analyze the exterior motivity of instruction innovation of teachers in primary and secondary school from institution,management,group culture, student,community,genearch and curriculum. And summarize the actuality of motivity of instruction innovation of teachers in primary and secondary school.Part five, the strategy probe on the reinforcement of instruction innovation of teachers in primary and secondary school. This part is based on the practical investigation and analysis, put forward the suggestion on the reinforcement of instruction innovation of teachers.
