The situation of our country determines the organizational form of teaching of middle school in China which is still mainly classroom teaching.Traditional teaching model with the same textbook, the same instruction speed, the same requirements and so on is easy to ignore the differences between the students. In order to achieve the goal of Humanity-oriented Pedagogy and help students to get the maximum development we should respect students’ personality and their strengths. The State Council put forward the measures about the implementation of Chinese college entrance examination and enrollment policy. The new scheme of college entrance examination reform pays more attention on the differences between students and promote the development of students’ comprehensive and personality better than before. So in the process of teaching and practicing, we should fully understand the differences between students firstly and then carry out diversity and efficiency strategies to help every student to get the maximum development.This thesis is mainly divided into five parts. The first part is the introduction, It briefly introduces the background, the purpose and significance, the ideas and methods of the research. Through the analysis of related concepts, I defined the core concept of this paper. In addition I complete the related research summary through referring to literature. The second part is the theoretical study on differentiating Instruction, including the theoretical basis, the principle, contents and methods of investigation about the students’differences, and how to implement different strategies teaching in the process of teaching. The third part is the practice of differentiating Instruction, combined with the previous research results of differentiating instruction theory I formulate a program about this experiment Teaching and made a statistical analysis about students’differences. At last I provide an analysis of a case about differentiating Instruction. The fourth part is the results of the research and the analysis about the results, the results include the analysis of the change of all the research object and the case of the research object.The last part is the conclusion and reflection about the entire research.
