Managing System Of Community Sports And Operational Mechanism The Investigation Of The Present Situation And The Countermeasure Of Haicheng City

In this thesis, the author adopted the following methods , such as documentary, unstructured conversations, questionnaires and mathematical statistics, and made a research on the managing system of community sports and its operational mechanism in Haicheng City. The result shows the following existing problems:1.the lack of emplacement, untenable managing system;2.unprosperous connection with some related departments3.unclear responsibility between the community committee and sports community4.lack of human resources5.deficient fond, no more ways to get financial support;6.the lack of sports fields, and the unreasonable usage of current resources7.untenable sports laws, and there is no local regulations for that8.mass sports cannot form a network9.no supervising on community sports.Aiming at these existing problems, the author raised the followingcountermeasure:1.make up the emplacement and the organization managing system2.coordinate the systematic connection with related departments.3.clarify the responsibility of community committee and sports community4.set up the training system of sports human resources 5.marketized the operation, set up multi-ways of fond-securing system6.make full use of current sports fields7.make local regulations for sports and perfect it.8.set up residents-in system9.supervising the community sportsThe author truly hopes that these solutions will contribute to the construction and development of the community sports in Haicheng Area and even for China.
