Research On Population Urbanization And Regional Comparisons Of Our Country Under New Type Industrialization Background

The progress of history proves: If a country or a region wants to make progress on economy and society, they must finish population urbanization. Industrialization brings urbanization, and it is also the great power to population urbanization. Moreover, population urbanization is inherent to industrialization. The different industrialization could bring the different influence to population urbanization. The report of"the 16th conference of Chinese Community Party"makes industrialization of our country into two phases which has different features of population urbanization in our country, besides the different features of population urbanization in the east, and middle, and west regions, that bring some differences of their population urbanization.For quickening population urbanization, achieving persistent and harmonious developing for the east, and middle, and west regions population urbanization,we have to analyze how the industrialization works on population urbanization, to see clear the problem in our country and the three different regions, then we could bring forward some countermeasures to the developing of population urbanization in our country.The whole thesis is totally divided into five parts:The first part is mainly about the concept of some words. There are industrialization, old industrialization, new industrialization, urbanization, regional urbanization, population urbanization, regional population urbanization. And it also introduced some theories concerning population urbanization, industrialization with population urbanization to clear the theory premise of the research.The second part is the population urbanization and comparisons of different regions in our country during the old type industrialization. Firstly we describe the old type industrialization and make a comparison of different regions, then we conclude the population urbanization and make a comparison of different regions, at last we analyze how old industrialization impact the population urbanization and make differences in different regions.The third part is the forecast of population urbanization on a comparison of different regions under new type industrialization in our country. Firstly we make a comparison between old industrialization and new industrialization. Then we conclude the trend new type industrialization and the features of the different regions. Thirdly we analyze how new industrialization pushes population urbanization. At last we estimate the trend of population urbanization in our country and the different regions.The forth part is mainly about the principal problem for the developing of population urbanization, also we made a comparison between the different regions. Firstly we summarize the principal problem for the developing of population urbanization. Then we make comparisons between the three different regions.The fifth part is about the countermeasure for developing of population urbanization under new industrialization. According to the condition of our country and the analysis we has made, the thesis bring five some relative countermeasures: by developing new industrialization to push population urbanization, and by developing the third industry to create more working opportunities in the urban areas, and by innovating the system of population urbanization to eliminate the handicap of system, and by enhancing the quality of urbanization to get the consistence of population urbanization, and by tracking a regional road for different regions.In the end we get the conclusions:Because of the inconsistent developing of industrialization during the old type industrialization, it made big influences to population urbanization in our country. the inconsistent developing of industrialization behaves on the imbalance of regional investment and the difference of light industry and heavy industry. Before the reforming and opening, population urbanization is lagging behind the industrialization in all three regions, after the reforming and opening, the relationship between the industrialization and population urbanization in the east and middle region is reaching to the right track, but for the west region, its population urbanization is still lagging behind the industrialization.Our government brings out the policy of"Growing up for the middle region"and"West Exploitation"under new type industrialization, which breaks the economic imbalance between the three regions and to achieve harmonious development. By analyzing how new industrialization pushes population urbanization, we could predict that population urbanization for all three regions is getting faster speed under new industrialization, finally achieving consistent and harmonious developing.In the conference of the 16th Chinese Communist Party, our government aim that our country would finish industrialization in the year of 2020, on this basement, we could estimate the level of population urbanization in our country could reach above 60%, the east, middle and west region would separately reach above 70%, 60%, 50% in the year of 2020.Exerting fully the function of how industrialization pushing population urbanization is the key to advance population urbanization, to achieve consistent and harmonious developing for the east, the middle and the west regions. Based on this, by developing the third industry, by innovating system of population urbanization, and by enhancing the quality of urbanization, and by tracking a regional road for different regions, are the necessary choices for achieving the harmonious developing of population urbanization, and regional economics, and society and consistence.
