The new curriculum reform is an innovation returning to human orientation, thenew curriculum reform an innovation of culture. Class is not only the basic unit of aschool, but a living space for those students. That the special lifestyle formed in this"world" is so-called class culture. Good class culture can exert a subtle influence on itsmembers by class symbol, class flag, class atmosphere and so on. Under the currentsituations of new curriculum reform, the class culture features for its openness, democracy,interaction and personality. And the new curriculum reform enhances the construction ofclass culture in the aspects of substance, rule and spirit. This paper supposes thecommunity model of class culture construction by improving the institutionalizedmanagement model of class culture construction. As the managers of class, theteachers-in-charge should change the roles from rulers to guides or assistants to fullystimulate students' enthusiasm and their participation on the construction of the culture ofclass substance, the culture of class rule and the culture of class spirit, to construct a classculture filled with openness, democracy and vividness.This paper studies the construction of class culture from micro-aspects by adoptingmethods like documents research, case analysis and educational experiencesummarization. Basing on the researching relationship between the new curriculumreform and class culture, it offers construction strategies of class culture under the policyof new curriculum reform. And the author hopes it will be of some help to the research ofclass culture and to the practical study on the construction of class culture.
