Raising Working Efficiency Of Villager's Autonomy And Cultivating The New Type Rural Citizen's Society

Villager's autonomy is a new form for peasant's self-management, self-education,self-service, self-development with the development of rural economic system reform andthe national democratic process. It has gradually become mutual since twenties yearspast. But at the same time, we can't deny that there are a great deal of problems in thepractice of Villager's autonomy.
