The Present Situation And Countermeasures Of Foochow's Highschools' Safty Of P.E Teaching

The paper researches the present situation of Foochow's Highschools' Safty of P.E Teaching by means of documentary, investigation,mathmatieal statistics and logical analysis. Focus on the safety of P.E teaching,analysize the shortcomings, influencing factors and countermeasures of Foochow's Highschools' Safty of P. E Teaching.Research analysize Person, thing and management which are very important to Fooehow's Highschools' Safty of P.E Teaching and get results as follows:(1) Students,teacher and leaders have lower emotion of safety, lower will of safety, lower behavior of safety, but have higher realization of safety.They have lower like degree of P. E,sports teaching and sports management, they can't persist there intresting about P.E,sports teaching and sports management;they should regular there behaviour in order to make P. E more safety; students,teacher and leaders all realized the importantance of safety; students have certain knowledge of safety and ability, but isn't very good,it also should be improved;teachers and leaders have more abundant knowledge of safety and have certain ability of safety.(2) Different kinds of students,teachers and leaders have different knowledge of safety, realization of safety, emotion of safety, will of safety and ability of safety.(3) The equipment have problems on the amount,damage and usingtime,and there are difference between different school.we should strengthen equipments' construction to create a safe environment;(4) Books about safety are very fewness;teachers are not enough;there are too many situdents in one class;too many class exercise on the same place, and there are interference between classes;schools' environment influent P. E teaching's safety;(5) The management have very serious problem and should be sloved immediately;(6) Research across vast investigation and apply Pareto Analysis,we get the influencing factors which influent P.E teaching's safety are: People have lower consciousness of safety;People don't have enough education about safety; Equipment have problems;Student's body character are bad;Management are not perfect;Teachers don't have right work attitude; The budget are not enough;Students don't have right attitude;Leaders haven't pay enough attention on P.E;Lessons' arrangement are not reasonable;Teachers are not enough;School environment's effection etc 12 main factors.(7) Across this research we get countermasures are: Change people's attitude about P.E;Strengthen education and enhance consciousness of safety;Improve student's body character and improve students' safe ability;Strenghen equipment's construction;let leadership pay more attention to P.E and make a safe management;Increase budget;Regular teacher's work attitude and strengthen teacher's responsibility;Make the arrangement of lessons rationally;Strengthen safety evaluation, check and surpervise frequently; Promote the balanced development of students,teachers, leaders, guarantee security of P.E;Increase the number of teachers and improve there quality etc..
