National scientific literacy can reflect a country's scientific and technological level, also is a sticking point of the country's long-term development. Science television programs have the characteristics as breakthrough time and space, and lifelikeness, visual and vivid, and virtual-real translation conduce it have a natural advantage with strong education communicate functions in the diffuse of scientific knowledge and the scientific spirit, increase public knowledge about science. Use the Science and educational TV programs for High school students Scientific literacy education to enhance the scientific literacy of high school students to enhance our country scientific literacy is of great significance.
