As a newly teaching pattern, case teaching has gained promptdevelopment and more and more attention and favor from people byits unique advantage. Case teaching develops from MBA educationand applies to all of thevarious levels education and of all kindsteaching broadly.This article tries to excavate the advantageous factors incase teaching and utilize it in the process of teachingsufficiently, discussing the change of a student that broughtabout such as knowledge, ability,.belief and attitude in theprocess of case teaching so as to develop the student' ssubjectivity and stretch his intelligence as possible as we can.The article discusses the approach and method of cultivatingthe student's subjectivity in the process of case teachingcarefully, making it concrete in teaching field and realize inthe student's subjective spirit development, especiallybringing forward self unique view to the reforming of educatingmethod and training student's subjective spirit.Therefore the article emphasizes in the development of thestudent's subjectivity during the cause of case teaching inseveral aspects: 1, significance of the case teaching studies,it embodies in: improving the teaching quality and efficiency,promoting the educating teaching's reformation anddevelopment, making both teacher and student interact actively,progressing together, improving together, promoting the person's all-round development ultimately. 2, the relationbetween case teaching and the student's subjectivitydeveloping: attaching importance to fundamentality, basis,example, development on content of courses, applying caseteaching to carry out teaching practice in the type of teachingway. The subjectivity is one kind of interactive spirit, isone kind of democratic spirit, is one kind of the humanityspirit, is one kind of open spirit, is one kind of practicalspirit. 3, the strategy of training a student's subjectivityby case teaching, in the process of the case teaching, we shoulddeal with the relations of the humanities and the science, thedirect experience and the indirect experience, the inspirationin the teaching process reasons things and the sentimentalsympathetic chord. In the way, we should pay great attentionto stimulate student's seeking knowledge desire, guide thestudent's, subjective behavior, raise the student's"question consciousness", guide the student's the migrationof cognition structure, influence the student's noblesentiment.
