| Many countries in the world are carrying out mathematics education reform, which is an important aspect of mathematical modeling. Now in high school mathematics curriculum standards have pointed obviously: to strengthen contacts between mathematics, other subjects and daily life, to manifest the scientific value, the mathematical application value, humanitarian value, and to enable students to study not only the mathematical knowledge, skills, thinking, but also to understand the historical trend of the development of mathematics and the role of mathematics in the real world. Mathematics attainment of these students is a very important role. So at this stage how schools carry out mathematical modeling in the current stage is the focus of this paper.In this paperâ… do a general survey in high school students and teachers. Through tests and interviews, Investigation confirmed that mathematics modeling activity in high school is not optimistic. It results from many reasons such as teachers, students and the evaluation of teaching. We should consider all aspects to find an appropriate pattern for high school students to study mathematical modeling. In mathematical modeling, we do not expect students to solve a lot of problems in a short of time and achieve a qualitative leap in thinking. Teachers should pay more attention to students' thoughts. This paper proposes a phased and diversified model. The model will be benefit to students in high school to study. It not only can train students to develop their creativity and divergent thinking, but also help them learn and gain a strong interest. Conversely it can help teachers conduct modeling studies. |
