This thesis, based on the policy of "Orienting in obtainingemployment" for secondary vocational education, working under thecurrent situation of the Secondary Vocational Schools' ChineseTeaching (SVSCT), reflects some related problems of SVSCT. Byanalyzing the connotation of the vocational characteristics in SVSCT, ithas further illustrated profession-characterized SVSCT's promotingeffects on the realization of training and breeding goals in secondaryvocational education. Meanwhile, the article also tries to plough a newway to display the vocational characteristics in SVSCT, assist thereformation of SVSCT, help get rid of the embarrassment of SVSCTand fulfill its original value.It contains three parts.Part One studies the present situation and positioning problem ofcharacteristics of SVSCT, which confirms it necessary to reveal theoccupational characteristics during the process of SVSCT.Part two mainly discusses several relationships that need to behandled properly in implementing the vocationally characterizedSVSCT, including including the relationship of Chinese teaching andmajor subjects teaching, the relationship of SVSCT as a tool and as ahumanity culture, the relationship between training of major aimabilities and universal professional abilities, and the relationship between the training of practical Chinese abilities and the consolidatingof Chinese foundations.Part Three probes into the concrete thoughts of realizing thevocational specialties of secondary vocational schools Chinese teachingmainly from such aspects as the making up of teaching plans, thereforming of assessment and estimation systems, the integrating ofteaching contents, the improving of teaching methods in addition to thepromoting of Chinese teachers' qualities.
