The postgraduate is the highest form of the degree education. It is the mission for universities or institutions that offered courses leading to postgraduate degrees and postgraduate-educated people to train higher creative talents. The postgraduate's creativity is the comprehensive ability formed in the course of their theory research, technique developing and social practice, and will be represented by papers, the completing of the research projects, etc, which has the following four main aspects, the ability to understand knowledge, the ability to research design, the ability to concept theories, the ability to grasp the science frontier. This is a system engineering, and constrained to some factor, such as the postgraduates themselves and the training environment. The paper discloses the inner dialectic and the mechanism between the chance to study and the training of innovate in the course of training post-graduate's innovate mainly based on the Individual Socialization Theory and the Parsons Social Action Theory. The target of the paper is to seek a new model for the education of the postgraduate for post-graduate gaining more chance to train their innovation.The research is based on the following five hypotheses. The first is that the postgraduates have stronger creativity when they gain more chances of scholarly guidance. The second is that the postgraduates have stronger creativity when they gain more chances of participating research project. The third is that the postgraduates have stronger creativity when they gain more chances of declaring alone subjects. The fourth is that the postgraduates have stronger creativity when they gain more chances of participating social practice. The fifth is that the chances of gaining participant research project is the most important influence, where more chances, more favorable to the innovate training for the post-graduates.The result of the research presents that the general creativity standard of postgraduates is not high, and the abilities of research design and concept are comparatively weak. Besides, there is correlation between the opportunity to research and the innovation training. Postgraduates have stronger creativity when they gain more opportunity of the diversity of the academic guidance, to participate research project deeply, to declare subjects alone and to participate social practice which related to their studies. The best important influence is the chances to participate research project deeply, where more chances, more favorable to the innovate training for the postgraduates.Finally, the paper investigates the problem of opportunity absence in the innovate training for postgraduates, which include mainly the connotation, the main representation (the opportunity absence of gaining the academic guidance, participating in research project deeply, declaring subjects alone and participating in social practice). Moreover, the paper analyses briefly the immediate cause of every opportunity absence.
