The purpose of this paper is to found the harmonious school, positively advances the school education for all-around development It also aims at doing well in the job of teaching and education. This article begins with the attention of the psychology which the students of high school need. Through the investigation, we can understand and grasp the condition of psychology which the students of high school need. By satisfying the reasonable needs of students as the starting point, we can promote the school education, teaching, the ideological education, the school supervisory work and so on. The school educational and teaching work must be in line with the humanistic education idea, and it must go on under the condition of understanding the student's psychological development, the confusion word of psychology and their need. This article is based on the investigation of the high school students, analyzing the psychology needs of the students. I like to take the student as the mainbody, seeking the corresponding educational strategy. By studying the current psychology needs of the students of high school, we can provide the theory support and the instruction opinion for the school education work. At present, domestic and foreign psychology researches about students are mature, but there isn't any research specially aiming at the psychology need of high school students in our country. Therefore, by making a question paper about the psychology needs of Chinese high school students, I have grasped the basic psychology needs of Chinese high school students.. The strategies of high school education and teaching work are the final result of my research.This research is based on the study of many psychology works, combining the facts of school education and the specialties of the high school students'psychology. During the research , I talked with some high school students and their teachers, and asked them to answer thepsychology question papers made by myself. Then I knew the condition of the students'psychological need. So what I write can provide scientific method for the educational work of high school students.The main conclusions of research are the followings:(1) The structure of high school students'psychology needs includes the cognition need, the performance need, the understanding and the mood adjustment need , the need of love, the control and the self-control need, the interpersonal communication need, the independent need, the acknowledgement need, the realization need.(2) This research uses internal uniform coefficient (Cronbach' S a)as the standard to examine the authenticity of my question papers. The internal uniform coefficient of each factor except the control and the self-control need, the interpersonal communication needs to be lower than 0.60,others are above 0.61, meaning that each factor's internal uniformity is better. This research uses the content effect, structure effect to examine the effect of the question paper. The result indicated that, each factor and the total score of question paper basically reachto the medium high correlation, so each factor has reflected the purpose of the question paper well; Between the analysis of exploration factor and the related results among factors indicated my question paper has better structure effect.(3) About the comparison of sex and grade in the research of high school students'psychology needs, there is no difference in sex. On each dimension except the performance need and the need of love, others do not have the remarkable difference. On the dimension of performance need, boy is lower than girl, and the difference is extremely remarkable. On the dimension of need of love, the male student is higher than the female student, also he difference is extremely remarkable. Three grades exist differences in high school students'psychology needs. The difference of control and self-control need in three grades is remarkable, but the differences of the need of love and the interpersonal communication need are more remarkable. On the dimension of cognition need, senior grade one is higher than the other two, on the dimension of the need of love, senior grade three is higher than the other two, and on the dimension of the interpersonal communication need, senior grade two is higher than the other two. Other differences are not obvious.
