Integrity is the traditional virtues of the Chinese people and the soul of morality for the healthy development of market economy. With the further market economic development and increasingly intensifying economic globalization, society demands higher and higher quality of honest and trustworthy accomplishments for the citizens. Middle school students are the successors of our socialist course, and future of the motherland, their condition of integrity directly concerns the healthy and sustainable development of socialist market economy and realization of grand revival of the Chinese nation. But owing to various harmful effects, and neglect of integrity education, middle school students are facing the problems of moral degeneracy, which degrades the education quality in middle schools to a certain degree. The author has been thinking about the importance of middle school students'integrity education, the cause of the present problems and trying various resolving measures for enhancing the middle school students'integrity.This paper applies both methods of record research and social survey in combination of the author's work experience, to define, explain the importance of integrity education, pointing out the harmful factors, and putting forward measures to improve and enhance integrity education. Apart from the preface, it is divided into four parts. The Preface gives the reason why we must study and research into middle school students'integrity education and briefly lists the present research condition and achievements in the academic circle.Part One defines the concept of integrity and its education to make light of the internal characteristic, which according to this article contains the meaning of honest and trustworthiness. This paper also analyzes the distinguishing features of integrity education including its function to inherit the past and usher in the future, its specific object and contents.Part Two explains the importance of strengthening middle school students'integrity education. Firstly, it is the need to inherit traditional Chinese quality moralities; secondly, it is the practical demand for modern society; thirdly, it is the basic way to make middle school students competent personnel with perfect human dignity; lastly, it is the need to build up a harmonious society.Part Three researches in depth the present state of integrity education by way of questionary in eight middle schools from three cities of Guangxi. The result of the research analyzes the general situation and the protruding problems of the present integrity education and the reasons that cause deviation and default in students'integrity education, which, for the later part provides practical evidence and theory for measures of improvement.Part Four, in view of the existing problems and the cause of integrity impairment, brings up measures for improvement of middle students'integrity education. It is suggested firstly to educate during their mentality mature and world outlook forming; Secondly, to construct a favorable social environment for implementing integrity education; Thirdly, to stress optimize resources of integrity education; Fourthly, to make full use the function of families in fostering children; Fifthly, to pay close attention to social integrity practice.
