The career burnout of the teacher is one extreme reflection of teacher who cannot deal with working pressure smoothly, is one prostrate condition of emotion, manner and behavior which produces under the long-term high lever pressure, in the view of the teacher overweight pressure, generally there are four strategies to deal with: individual cognition, manage intervention, the society supports, they may use for to prevent the occurrence of the career burnout. The teacher culture refers to the way of thinking, emotion and behavior which the specific social group of teacher processes; The teacher culture behaves as the whole emotion of the teacher's professional collective, it involves all the channels the teachers to be supposed to pressure, and the grand influence that the occupation tried products.This article explains not only the formation cause of tendency of the teacher culture authoritative ism, the efficient ism, and the genius ism, but also analyzes these three tendencies negative influence to the teacher career burnout ,and proposes to reconstruct the teacher and students relationship through the teacher culture, in order to reduce the career burnout rate, seek the effective methods to ease the career burnout...
