With the coexistence of multi-cultures and the wide communication among countries, English has become a universal language in the world. After we have joined the WTO and got involved in the globalization, qualified people training in our country has met with new challenges and the qualified people with bilingual ability are urgently needed by our national socialist modernization drive. Therefore, devoting much attention to bilingual education, especially preschool bilingual education, has become a tendency. When further reform and development of preschool bilingual education encounters with the shortage of teachers, the problem of training bilingual teachers has been raised. Through analysis of relative materials of bilingual teachers'training and the present situation of our national preschool bilingual educational activities, as well as the exploration of teachers'training, this paper discusses the urgency of preschool bilingual teachers'training in five-year institutions of higher education and studies four aspects within this field—training aims; course offered; training methods; and bilingual teaching approaches, finally through rethinking the former researches, the author gives suggestions for the problems existing, which aims to further strengthen the actual effect of preschool bilingual teachers'training and explore the proper curriculum system of teachers training in five-year institutions of higher education adapting to both our national conditions and the future development of preschool education.This paper consists of five parts:Part I Problem raise. In this part the author completely explains the present requirement to education and qualified people training under globalization, as well as the necessity and possibility of preschool bilingual education. Through summarizing the current researches of preschool bilingual teachers training in the world, the author suggests that the effective training of preschool bilingual teachers has been urgently needed in our country.Part II According to the present aims of national education, training aims in five-year institutions of higher education and the qualities needed for qualified kindergarteners, as well as the investigation of the present situation of our preschool bilingual teachers, the author scientifically defines and, furthermore, explains the aims of preschool bilingual teachers training on different levels.Part III According to the training aims and the qualities needed, the author defines the basis and principle of course offered and discusses the classification of these course contents.Part IV Based on our more than four-year researches of preschool bilingual teachers'training, the author concludes the effective training methods and practical bilingual teaching approaches. Part V Rethought and suggestions for the researches of preschool bilingual teachers'training.In this part, the author rethinks the former 4-year researching course and gives suggestions for the problems existing.
