As a beneficial supplement for school education, network education plays vital role in sharing education resources, expanding education scale, enhancing education level, and constructing lifelong education system. At present, network curriculum serves as main carrier for network education,therefore, the key point and the urgent problem to be solved of network education focus on"how to improve management so as to get best education effect".This study is based on"School administration Theory And Practice"network curriculum ,part of subproject of"Construction of schools principal curriculum resources", which belong to"elementary and middle schools principal the long-distance training curriculum development project"set up by the Ministry of Education. The project means to provide rich high quality curriculum resources, and to get effective long-distance training in the period of"the 11th five year". In order to achieve the goal of"getting effective long-distance training", a scientific method to supervise study effects and to encourage more communication between learners needs to be establishedThis thesis designed"control monitoring and the feedback module",which enables learners to get basic information of their own study content,study time and the study interaction .Meanwhile, the module also provides comparison between different learners so that they can also drive each other. Main theory basis for module design is the construction principle study theory. Application of ASP and the Access data bank technology makes users to facilitate the application, easy to understand.Innovation for this study is a succinctly designed module form, which is not only practicable ,bus is also easy to manage. By adding actual supervising function, the module breaks the limitation of lacking initiative, thus effectively improving the teaching quality and the study effect, and providing guarantee for finishing study task in high quality.
