Metacognition is the knowledge about cognition, which is humans'knowledge of which factors influence the result and process of humans'cognition, how the factors act and interact. The met cognition theory emphasis's that individual regulates and feedbacks the process and result of cognition .It explores human cognition deeply. According to research the met cognition is very importation students'study. Training students'met cognition can develop students'ability of thinking and raise teaching affection.The essay is directed by the teaching aim in the new standard for the High School Physics Curriculum. Starting with met cognition and in view of the important status of met cognition in the physics teaching, states how to research the physics teaching by metacognition .The goal is anglicizing met cognition, introducing the relationship between the concepts .To improve teachers skills and prefect students met cognition thinking ability.In chapter 3, writer suggests how to develop students'metacognition ability in physics teaching. While citing a few methods that are my try in teaching, not mature .It may give friends some inspiration in teaching.
