Metacognition is the knowledge about cognition, which is humans'knowledge of which factors influence the result and process of humans'cognition, how the factors act and interact. The met cognition theory emphasis's that individual regulates and feedbacks the process and result of cognition .It explores human cognition deeply. According to research the met cognition is very importation students'study. Training students'met cognition can develop students'ability of thinking and raise teaching affection.The essay is directed by the teaching aim in the new standard for the High School Physics Curriculum.
