Since 21st 50th ,teachers'professional development has gradually become the attentive focus of each country and government , the movement of teacher professionalization developed more strongly at the beginning of 21st,and theories about teacher professional development is increasing .However, among the studies of teacher professional development, there are more about middle or pramary school teachers, those about the university teachers especially the inductive education of university teachers is very seldom.Starting from the status quo of university teachers'inductive education in our country, This paper put forward the strategy and advices about the university teachers'inductive education, together with the theories of teacher professional development and adult-learning etc , as to the problem in reality.The paper consists of three parts: preface, text and conclusion.Preface introduces the paper's basis and purpose,the actuality and problems in today's research, researching method and definition for relative conceptions.The text includes three chapters. Chapter 1,the history,status quo and problem analysing of the university teachers'inductive education in our country. In this part, the status quo of university teacher inductive education in our country are analyzed from such aspects as objective, content, form, method and assess way. By analyzing the inquire questionary and refering the status quo of inductive education ,reveals the problems in our country's inductive education, from the system level that is relevant law and policy are unperfect, and the absence of reasonable inductive education ;the absence of relevant substance ensurance and surportment, the vague objective ,formalism, the improper inducting of attaching too much importance to research but underestimating teaching, unreasonable content, the single trainning form and improper time table.Chapter 2,theory reflecting in university teacher inductive education.On the basis of teacher professional development theories and adult-learning theories,the university teacher induction education is analyzed in this part.Chapter 3,the strategy of university teacher inductive education is suggested in this part: on the concept level, that is take the inductive education as the key phase in teacher life-long development process; on the law and system level, that is offer the law and code ensurance and constitute reasonable inductive education system; on the exact execution level, that is give the inductive education enough substance ensurance, attach importance to teaching development, adjust the content, adopt the trainning form what adapt to the characteristics of adult-learning and make the reasonable time- table.
