Purpose:The main methods of this text are diet survey questionnaire and UX-01 energy test instrument to gain energy intake and energy expenditure datum of ShiJiazhuang City middle and long distance running amateur athletes at the age of 15~18 for a week, energy intake datum in comparison with energy expenditure datum. And to analysis whether their energy intake datum and energy expenditure datum are balance .And analysis the intake of diet and the quantity of nutrition, to know whether the autumn diet actuality fit their age and need of train. Appraise fulfillment of normal nutrition, supply the reference standard for balance diet's implement, guide and adjust their dietary construction and train plan.Methods:This paper uses the questionnaire, literature material and mathematical statistic and so on. The author has refereed academic periodical, Doctor and Graduate student degree paper and books by Hebei Normal University library and electron periodical, had read out of fifty articles which related with this paper. Uses diet survey questionnaire investigated for a week. Apply UX-01 energy test instrument to survey energy expenditure datum. Apply food nutrition calculator, SPSS11.5 and excel soft conduct data to statistic.Results:1. The result shows that adolescent middle and long distance running amateur athletes'average daily energy intake data is not attain energy expenditure's.2. But fat percentage is higher, male athletes are 44.35%, female athletes are 43.45%.3. Protein percentage is higher in comparison with recommended standard 12%~15%, male athletes which are 16.34%, female athletes are 15.94%.4. Carbohydrate energy intake is insufficient, male athletes percentage are 39.29 %. female athletes are 40.61%.5. Male athletes'actual energy intake of VC, VE, Ca, P, K, Mg, Fe, Se, Cu is higher recommend value, female athletes'actual energy intake of VA, Ca, Na, Se is lower.6. Breakfast, lunch, supper and excess food's energy intake percentage is 24.47%, 28.97%, 32.08%, 14.48%.Conclusion:1. Daily energy expenditure and intake is not balance:Energy expenditure is more than energy intake.2. With improper distributional rate of fat, protein and carbohydrate:Fat energy intake is highest, protein is sufficient, Carbohydrate's is lowest.3. Except for this three energy substance Male athletes'nutrition intake is higher than female athletes'.4. With improper distributional rate of calories in three meals everyday: Breakfast and lunch energy intake is lower, supper and excess food's is higher.
