The hidden curriculum has the vital significance in fostering the comprehensive quality of the university students. Strengthening the construction of the university hidden curriculum is good for the development of students in comprehensive and harmonious way. In order to fully make use of the function of hidden curriculum to train students'perfect personality, the thesis mainly discusses the problems and the measures of the construction of the university hidden curriculum on the basic of the fundamental research.The thesis is composed of six parts. In the first part, the ideas and methods of this research, and some fundamental conceptions are introduced. In the second one, the meaning, the characteristics and the structure of the university hidden curriculum are proposed. In the third one, the necessity and the vital significance of the construction of the university hidden curriculum are discussed. In the fourth one, the present situation is introduced, and some problems which exist are analyzed.
