The institutions of higher is playing a very important role in the national creative system, having created significant technical achievement, but the science and technology as the outcome of knowledge, only when it is transformed as the realistic productive forces, could have huge economic value. So only they could be combined into an alliance with the enterprise, speeding up the conversion of scientific realization, our country can unceasingly keep the strong position in the international competition.With the concept of swiftness, this article has thoroughly analyzed the problem of the combination with universities and enterprise in the process of the conversion of scientific realization, attempting to explain the reason of the problem of the conversion of scientific realization in our country universities with a new point of view. The agility betterment of scientific and technological achievements is beneficial for the promotion of main competition during our universities and enterprises. Also it's good for the increase of the contribution ration of scientific and technological progress's effect on the economical growth.
