As the trans-century young generation, we must have a sound personality in order to adapt to the objective request of social development and individual development. Education plays an important role in the growth and development of personality. Since 1980s, the education in different countries has diverted from emphasizing on intelligence development merely to emphasizing on personality cultivation simultaneously. To adapt to international situation, our country puts forward the concrete request of cultivating students' sound personality with the implementation of one new round of course reform and issue the educational teaching new course standard of Chinese. But the current personality cultivation level and personality development situation of the youth have not fully adapted to the developed request, there are many problems that need be studied thoroughly in cultivating the sound personality.The article mainly discusses the pertinency between theoretical base, implementary principle and students' sound personality cultivation from the pertinency of Chinese participated instruction and sound personality, analyzes and reveals the function of Chinese participated instruction by concrete examples, which not only trains the ability of listening, speaking, reading, writing but also cultivates students' independent personal awareness, cooperative awareness and innovative spirit. It will help to form the student's sound personality.The article is composed of six parts:The first part, preface. The young people with sound personality can adapt to the need for talent of society. We find many negative effects for the students'sound personality cultivation by analyzing the actuality of Chinese teaching. We should call on Chinese teachers to study and carry out the spirit of new course standard of Chinese and make them bear the mission of personal education to middle school students, let them cultivate the students' sound personality in Chinese teaching. Then the value and meaning of research and the method of research are discussed, and the research situation of home and abroad is concluded by documentary summarizing.The second part, personality and sound personality. Personality and sound personality are defined from psychology in the part, the model and standard of sound personality is discussed in detail, which provide theoretical base on how to use the participated instruction of Chinese to cultivate students' sound personality.The third part, the pertinency between the participated instruction of Chinese and the sound personality education. At first, the concept and character of Chinese participated instruction is introduced, and discusses the pertinency of theoretical base and implementary principle with students' sound personality cultivation, which is based on it.The fourth part, case analysis about cultivating students' sound personality in participated teaching of Chinese. Discuss the particular advantage of Chinese participated instruction for training students' sound personality with three concrete cases from different aspects, which enhances persuasion of the research.The fifth part, the request for Chinese teachers. To make full use of Chinese participated instruction to cultivate students' sound personality. The concrete request for Chinese teachers has been put forward from personality's requirement and the knowledge and ability of major, which will enhance discussed generalness.The sixth part, conclusion and reflection. The part not only concludes the advantage of Chinese participates instruction for cultivating students' sound personality, but also clearly indicates attentive problems that cultivates students' sound personality in participated instruction of Chinese.The article systematically discusses the distinctive advantage of participated instruction of Chinese for cultivating students' sound personality, and put forward individual idea for cultivating the students' sound personality by Chinese teaching. Along with the development of society, people will attach more importance to the exploration of sound personality education.
