A Study Of Jobs Decision Of The University Student

This paper unifies the statistic data of the related organization, it analyzes the universitystudents' job situation of our country under the new time background. Using tools such asquestionnaire survey, interview, library, by my school graduating students' question whichexpose in the choosing job process with the many classifies, it carries the countermeasureresearch analysis from the school aspect and student own aspect, it carries some methodsabout how to improve the abilities of the jobs for the student. Then, it introduces the jobdecision's principle, affected factor and the procedure, then it unifies the special details of myschool graduating student, and with Analytical Hierarchy Pross and Fuzzy syntheticevaluation, it finally determined a university students' jobs decision model.
