Study On The Demand And Behavior Of Aging Security For The Urban Normal Residents

Because of the need of reform and development, more and more research results have been procured which focus on the scope of pension. But there are two disadvantage existing in the research results. First, the issue is mostly on how to design system and what impact will be obtained. This result is lack of the point of view from the resident and the research object. Second, the discussion is mostly on the formal system design (multi-pillar pension system), while ignoring the informal system, such as the family's effect on the providing for the aging. In the category of sociology, system as an rule of practice, which has duality of structure. This characteristic implies that citizen which as the object of the aging security system are not only the passive receiver. System must"structure" to its object's activity. All participator react to the system through their activities. The impact of the system won't get the target if we ignore the reaction. In fact, the emerging problems in the security system are incurred by the conflict between the system and its object. It is important to making the system's object as a research object to offset this vacuum of point of view. It will promote the research framework and do good to the aging security system.Professor Lin pointed in the"the original culture of the pension system of western countries"that the pension system of western which as a system has its own original culture and rooted in the specific condition of social structure. So it is crucial that the successful pension system depends on the suitability of the system. If the research based on the system's object, the citizen's demand for the aging security must be research as the suitability of system. It means that the system will run well on the basis of well integrating of demand for security and it's system. This paper choose the view of aging security demand, to research the category of security thought the economy, sociology, psychology. It inherits the Professor Lin's standpoint and makes the further research from the microcosmic view.1,The citizen which belongs to the different colony because of the distinction of the economy, identity, consciousness, the extent of security's depth is diversity on their demand for the security system. So the analysis on the security's demand must be taken on the basis of different colony. This paper chooses the urban normal residents as the research object.It also defined the aging security's demand and supply, there exist the conflict between the resident's security demand and supply. If we want to make a reasonable explanation on this conflict, we must analyses the warp of demand and the warp of security behavior that was incurred by it based on the individual research object.2,Through the revising of the preference theory, this essay points out the differences between preference continuity, transfer, coherence, maturity and the personal demand in reality. Then it induces the concept of"bounded rationality"based on the discussions above.Through a long time of consideration, the writer thinks that under the obligation of the"bounded rationality", the urban normal residents generates deviations of demand and activity at least in four aspects: firstly, the preference of joining the basic life insurance; secondly, the preference of basic life insurance system; thirdly, the preference of paying for the life insurance; lastly, the deviations of demand and activity for commercial insurance.The preference of the security system is specific appeared on the which model to be chosen, NDC or filling the individual account. The reason of researching this problem is the doubtful attitude that the resident has to the reform of filling the individual account. It compares the disadvantages of NDC with the filling the individual account, and describes the warp of demand through the experiment. We conclude that the resident's preference of the security system is effected by framing effect, preference reversion, back sight, the confirmatory bias and learning effect.According to the judgment of the resident's account of the mentality, the expenditure of the security system has the both features of survival and luxury. It also explores the warp of demand and the deviation of the behavior in the insurance though the analysis of phenomenon of the well-selling policy from which can get dividends.3,The research starts from the criticism on assumption of"the economic man "which assume all people is unlimited selfish. Research indicates that there are three behavior of selection, such an kin selection, reciprocal selection, pure selection. We conclude that people are the limited selfish entity which mixed the assumption of"economic man"with the"moral man".This paper points that the model of family is necessary to exist for long time according to the analyses of the urban normal residents'demand of kin selection. We use the Overlapping-generations model (OLG) to analyses the microcosmic elements of the residents'security supplied by the family and the effect which bring to the model of family by the variable's change.The residents'reciprocal selection is represented by the fare demand to the income of the retirement. The resident acquires the satisfactions of the fair on the basis of comparing to the other colonies. The conclusion is not like what the modern classicism said that the resident's only target is to achieve the max of itself interest.4,We can abate the conflict between the demand and supply by correcting the preference of the resident's demand. It gives such suggestions. First, promote the first pillar pension system; second, accelerate the development of the occupational pension; third, develop the insurance of pension; forth, explore the new model of how the family to supply the aging security; fifth, harmonize the resource of aging security among the different colonies.
