This essay stands on the exploitation of sport tourism resources of Lianhua Mountain which is located in Changchun city in Jilin Province. Along with the analysis, this essay also constructs an exploitation model and renders a comprehensive goal,plan as well as the countermeasures of the exploitation of sport tourism resources of the Lianhua mountain by applying the theory of economics,regionalism,tour carrying as well as maintainable development.This essay gives a comprehensive study on the object of the exploitation of sport tourism resources of Lianhua Mountain focusing on the attractive scenery and spot. The result of this study shows that the exploitation will bring great economic benefits as well as social benefits, namely it will also lead some side backs to the environment. Consequently, lots of factors we have to think about before leap and try our best to make full use of the most economical,reasonable,scientific exploitation model.Changchun Lianhua Mountain which is located in the provincial capital city Changchun where the geographical location and transportation condition are quite excellent in domestic market, for it has abundant mountainous area,forest,water,folklore resources which provide a great support for the exploitation. Although the playground of ice and snow, Man Nationality has been exploited, however, it's still at a primary stage and has great many shortcomings according to the investigation I've made on the spot.There are some advantages and disadvantages of the exploitation. The advantages are the district condition,get-into possibility,resources,ice-snow brand and some social factors like the fast development of the tourism as well as the opportunity of realizing the goal of living an all-round wealthy life. The disadvantages are the problems of lacking overall planning with all-round consideration,consolidating market and professional experts in the fields of the exploitation of sport tourism resources.According to the different standards of classification, a system of the classification of Lianhua Mountain sport tourism resources has been built. The system is consisted of two main sorts,seven inferior main sorts,twenty-two elementary sorts as well as a representative resource elements.The result of the qualitative assessment shows that Lianhua Mountain has abundant types of resources and functions; the quality of the ice-snow resources is quite highly reserved; the existence condition and resources are well organized. Besides, viewing in the resources approach exploitation model angle, we should adopt the resources combination form as a main model and sporting supplementary form as a subsidiary model. This essay sets forth a general goal that is to build the Changchun Lianhua Mountain as a famous international skiing spot at home and abroad and brings a planning design for the present construction, general plane and functions distinguishing by using cartographic software.This essay also provides nine countermeasures for the exploitation of sport tourism resources of Lianhua Mountain.
