| The thesis mainly discusses how to create a learning environment for School-based training of the primary and secondary school teachers, which aims to improve their learning effect, as well as their information competence. Though document analysis, questionnaire survey and interview, the thesis first defines the present situation of the related research, the School-based training and the teachers'information competence. Then the thesis set up a framework to integrate the information technology and the School–based training for Primary and Middle School teacher's .Finally, the thesis issues three particular models to use the information technology in the School–based training.The thesis contains six parts .In the first part, it introduces the background of the current study and educes the thesis of this paper, the study of integration strategies on the information technology and School-based training for primary and middle school teachers . The second part explores the related theories .It includes the definition of main concepts, the relationship between the School-based Informatization Training and Teachers'professional development. It stresses the training should adapt to the characteristic of adults and teachers and the training should aims to improve information competence of teachers. The third part analyzes the integrating condition of information technology and School-based training. It investigates the basic data of the teachers'occupation and usage of information resources, the teachers'basic information competence and School-based training and generalizes the current needed situation for School-based informatizaion training. The fourth part advances a framework of integration on the information technology and School-based training. It contains six interdependent and integrated strategies, namely the informatization of the management of School-based training, building of informatization resource pool for School-based training, setting up of informatization platform for communication and cooperation, constructing the knowledge management system of Scholl-based training, using information technology to improve the reflection of teaching and the evaluation of school-based training under informatization. The fifth part introduces three concrete models to integrate the information technology and school-based training, including the organization of learning blogger group, micro standard teaching on internet and the design and development of school -based training website. The sixth part is the conclusion of the thesis, showing the results and shortcomings of the thesis. The third part, the fourth part and the fifth part are the main parts of the thesis. |
