High-tech Park is one kind of knowledge-intensive enterprise group, whose employees know high-level knowledge and technology, and whose object of administration is innovation. Its competitive advantage is mainly born of the knowledgeable employees. But, at present in many High-tech Parks, the attraction to talents is low and the problem of brain drain become serious. So the challenge which need to be handed urgently is how to attract and detain employees, reduce the rate of brain drain and enable them to display creativity as much as possible. The research on job satisfaction can specifically solve this problem.The research on job satisfaction can help us catch employees' thought and demand. The discussion about intention and reason of dissatisfaction can provide districts and enterprises with quantized data from staff, which could help the local relevant organizations and the enterprises deeply and objectively explore job satisfaction. Then, they can take some pointed measure to heighten employees' identify and loyalty and enhance brand image in job market. In order to promote job satisfaction and reduces brain drain, we should be acquainted with the status of employee job satisfaction in High-tech Park and find out the influential factors. All of these are very significant to the development of garden and enterprises in High-tech Park.Base on studying the domestic and foreign theory about job satisfaction, firstly the article defines the conception of job satisfaction and designs job satisfaction model of individual cognition. These are qualitative results. Secondly, the thesis takes Changping High-tech Park as example, and collects the data about park, enterprises and employees. Then, it designs a questionnaire about employee job Satisfaction and makes a survey to grasp the status about employee job satisfaction in Changping High-tech Park. According to the model, the article proposes the supposition about influential factors of job satisfaction and analyzes the questionnaire to prove it. Then, the paper research the status of staff job satisfaction in Changping High-tech Park. This part use SPSS13.0 software to analyze the questionnaire by Descriptive Statistics, Factor method, Univariate Linear, Compare Means, and gets quantitative results. Finally, it sums up the status about job satisfaction and puts forward some counter-measure.
