In the 21st century today, financial literacy has been become one of the education goals for the most part. Financial literacy education started just now in our country, and it is not attached importance extensively by society , so that its development is very slow .We should look for more valuable experience to develop Chinese financial literacy education .America is the best country which country could provide theory and practice about financial literacy g for our country.This article includes five parts.The first chapter introduces the conception and history about financial literacy education in American. By differentiating between the conceptions financial literacy and others, we can put financial literacy education into suitable language environment. The development of financial literacy in American leads a way for this article.The second chapter introduces the course of action about financial literacy in American which includes the objective to cultivate, the curriculum to set up, the way to practice , so that our country people recognize a complete picture about financial literacy in American. This part is the most importance in this article which concerned people about later parts.The third chapter mainly introduces that the school, family, society are the strong guarantee to U.S.A.'s financial literacy. I have found the answer for the doubt of chapter two. To annotate people no matter which education content, participating of family , school and of society is the upper hand of magic weapon.The forth chapter mainly introduces the influence factors, such as school factor, family factor, society factor, character and ability factor, legislative state factor , by which decomposes the inherent power .The fifth chapter mainly compares the financial literacy education of our country to U.S.A.'s financial literacy , and reach the direction hard in the future for the financial literacy of our country: to promote financial conscious; to establish scientific financial literacy education idea; to strengthen the cooperation between the financial organization and the school; to be sound to system law; to reinforce the collaboration among the school, family, society.
