The reformation compendium of basic education curriculum which was promulgated by Ministry of Education in 2001 proposed definitely: we should apply the information technology into the teaching process energetically, promote the Integration of Information Technology into Curricula, achieve the reformation of the presentation way of content of course, students' studying way, teachers' teaching way and the interactive way of teacher and student transforming step by step, exert the advantage of IT fully, provide the rich and colorful education environment and advantageous course for students.However, the most importance of the reformation of information technology and curriculum is how to Integration of Information Technology into the idiographic subjects, which also the key factor of the process of educational informatization. And the key factor whether the Integration of Information Technology into Curricula (IITC) is successful or not is whether the faculty of IITC of the primary and middle school teachers is good or not . Therefore this article selects the development of the faculty of IITC of the primary and middle school teachers as research object. And this article wished to improve the faculty of IITC of the primary and middle school teachers through action research.This article introduces the concepts of IITC first, then proposed that the key factor whether the Integration of Information Technology into Curricula (IITC) is successful or not is whether the faculty of IITC of the primary and middle school teachers is good or not . Therefore, this article unfolded full research about the faculty of IITC of the primary and middle school teachers. This article summarized the composing factors of the faculty of IITC of the primary and middle school teachers through the research of actuality of IITC and the composing factors of faculty of teachers in tradition classes. And it analyzed shortage of the faculty of IITC of the primary and middle school teachers in nowadays. The cultivation of the faculty of IITC of the primary and middle school teachers needs perfect training system. Through the research of actuality of teachers training in foreign countries to find the shortage of the training system in China, this article proposed an ideal training approach —action research. This article chooses one of the teachers who participate in the research project of interactive whiteboard as the action research object to check whether action research can improve the faculty of IITC of the primary and middle school teachers. This article hoped to find a more ideal approach to improve the faculty of IITC of the primary and middle school teachers, to perfect our currently education technology training system.
