According to the normal courses of physical and health made by toministry of education, we study and reform the physical course's teaching mode in high school. Aimed at changing the problems arise in aerobics couses such as hard to develop and hard to master the skill. The means we use are literature survey, questionnaire survey, mathematics statistics, experiment comparison . We put forward the theory that we should made the educational environment suit to physical and psychological characteristics of students. This theory named situation education emphasize that students are main body and teachers are leaders. We should teach openly and searchably to raise students' interesting and improve their creation. At the same time, we should pay attention to the changes in body function caused by sports load.This text disparts the sence teaching into three phrases to carry through. The primary phase is that students hold basic actions. They are in a position to catch hold of one of the characteristics they favourite and can complete the action in high quality. The form phase: also called the improve phase. students can mast not only the basic action of one role but also the action of another one or of the both two roles. Moreover, students can complete actions in high quality. The full phrase: The students could perform according to the roles which they have chosen, make the roles communicate with each other and finally to show the scenario completely. After the scenario has been chosen, we could divide the teaching process into three stages, and the teacher will decide the scenario of every stage.It has been demonstrated by practice that situation education can improve student's ability of imagination, creativation and aestheticism.It have good effect in other sports teaching. So it can also suitable for aerobics education. Situation education can change the atmosphere in class and make the students learn on their own initiative. Enhance the students love aerobics in heart, promise the good relation between teachers and students, develop spirit lever of students. All of this can make solid basis for students' consciousness of physical culture for life.
